This pull request adds a new documentation page describing how to install, configure, and use the Rclone Docker Volume Plugin with Docker Compose.
I prefer this approach since it avoids running an rclone mount inside the container and eliminates the need to mount a FUSE device inside the container.
Hopefully, this documentation will be helpful to others too.
