Enable Discussions?

@n2ygk how do you feel about enabling discussions on the repo, or setting up a discord server for chat? The old team discussions went away. It would be nice to have a place outside of the issue queue for discussions.

Problem is that I don't have settings access so would have to ask @jazzband/roadies

How would you feel about setting up a discord or some other forum for discussion. It's nice to keep it all on GH, but I feel there is also some value to just having a semi ephemeral chat room.

I can open an issue for @jazzband/roadies if you feel we should keep it here. Upside to discussions is the the old team posts can be migrated over.

I wouldn't know how to set up a discord. I think it would be best to use github discussions.

I can setup a discord and a moderation bot pretty quickly. In the interim I opened an issue in jazzband/help#347. I'm just not confident we'll get a quick response. Let's see.
