When activating the kotlin sensor, the sonar-pmd needs both the java and the sonar kotlin plugins to be present in SonarQube. Otherwise the Kotlin language is not available in SonarQube for instance.
One quality gate issue remains, but that one is on purpose and cannot be suppressed: it is a test case.
