launch() returning exception #14

Looks like the Roku is returning a 204 when being requested to launch an app it is already running.

      if resp.status_code != 200:
            raise RokuException(resp.content)

should read:

        if resp.status_code not in [200, 204]:
            raise RokuException(resp.content)
