insert ^C where cursor was located #404

Expected behavior

if you press CTRL+C it should insert ^C in the cursor position same as in bash.

Actual behavior

it inserts at the end

Steps to reproduce

  • type foo bar
  • move cursor after foo
  • press CTRL+C
