Fix empty ebooks issue

Fix issue raised in #5 regarding not working on some ebooks. Also, I tweaked a couple of the rules that didn't work well on my latest batch of YA books. Those crazy YA authors and their lightweight language...

Fixing a sequence error in the filters.

Python 3 compatible

This release has no changes to the filtering process.

The plugin is now compatible with python3, which helps in Ubuntu 20 and probably other places. Also, the debug folder will be chosen based on OS now, instead of assuming WIndows.

To install:
In calibre choose Preference -> Plugins -> Load plugin from file
