Guacamole supports more than just RDP, it also supports VNC and SSH. Connections to a Linux VM running VNC has been successfully tested. It should also be possible to use Guacamole to connect to the VNC console of a VM. Connections to SSH via Guacamole should also be possible, but would be redundant to what is already available through Open OnDemand.
Currently, the only connector implemented here for Websockify is to connect to the a qemu console. It is also possible to connect to a VNC server running on Windows or Linux. Performance and features of VNC over noVNC vs Guacamole has not been thoroughly investigated.
