I'm sorry I just realized that PR#1 broke the backward compatibility of the gem.
The assets still have a .min suffix and are name textAngular instead of text-angular.
I propose this version number (1.5.16-1) since we can't use re-upload on rubygems with the same version number and we still want to keep track of the good text-angular version.
