Hello, Professor! Recently, I used the Multi_node2vec method to obtain the integration result of multiple networks, and found that the number of nodes in the result was different from the number of nodes entered, and more than 100 nodes were reduced, may I ask why?

Hello, Very likely you have a number of nodes that are isolated throughout the layers of the network or are so very sparsely connected that they are never visited by the random walk of the algorithm. Check first that the reduced nodes are not isolated (ie they are not connected). If they are connected, try increasing the length of the random walk in the call to the algorithm. Best, James
