Describe the bug
GPG signature verification fails when installing node using mise use.

To Reproduce

Use Windows 11 Pro 23H2.
Use WSL 2.3.26.0 & Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS
Install Mise (latest version: 2024.12.16 linux-x64) from https://mise.run.
Run the following command: mise use --global --verbose node@22.

Expected behavior
The GPG signature verification should succeed regardless of the encoding of the signature file (e.g., UTF-8 or Shift-JIS). Specifically:

The command should validate the signature without crashing.
If the signature is valid, it should proceed to install the tool without errors.
If the signature is invalid, it should show a clear error message indicating the problem.

Additional context
When running the mise use --global --verbose node@22 command, the process crashes with the following error message:

It appears that the GPG signature file's encoding may not be handled properly if it is not UTF-8.

I tried a workaround, and it worked by setting

[interop]
appendWindowsPath = false

in the WSL configuration to prevent sharing the GPG path.
