Testing done

Manually tested by breaking a jelly file while mvn -pl war jetty:run ran: Before, no effect. After, JellyException. Before, required a full rebuild to show errors.

Does not affect jenkins.war so I'm not starting a countdown here. If this breaks something somehow, it's easy enough to revert.
