[JENKINS-68841] fix node ownership permission problem

JENKINS-68841
Agent permissions except 'Build' work with a Computer object.
The change fixing [JENKINS-63413] caused a regression in combination
with the ownership plugin causing Agent permission to not work when
using the Ownermacros.

Added integrations tests with authorize-project and ownership plugins to
catch issues.
