Mostly to help testing
MongooseSocket will implement the basic socket management code that all the other protocol classes duplicate
Add GCC problem matcher to highlight where errors are in Github

The MongooseHttpServer file was getting huge so have broken it down into a cpp/h file per class, still need to implement request/response classes
Still crashes after close
Now most of the simple_http_server is working in the native build, just `/post` is failing
…to avoid confusion with the external `onXxxx` callbacks
