The solution：
the plug-in plateformio-ide-terminal is almost like terminal-plus except the name :).

everyone who have a predilection can migrate to the substitute temporarily

The issue occur when click "+" above, but below has no problem.

Those using Linux systems should try my package out, terminal-fusion. As @zhuziyi1989 mentioned, those on macOS / Windows NT should use the platformio-ide-terminal package instead. As always, please star the packages (and/or their GitHub repository) you like!
