Please release new version of terminal-plus to fix the not working issues

Terminal-plus is not working at the moment. The bug has been fixed in master branch, so please release a new version of it.

You can install terminal-plus from github repo as a workaround for now using apm install jeremyramin/terminal-plus. Atom will ask you to rebuild the package, once it done, terminal-plus will come back to work again.

@jeremyramin everything okay buddy? Master has the fix and was no biggie to update manually...but a release would probably help a lot of users. Thank you so much for the time you've spent on this project...it's crazy useful and you're good peoples!

Is still not working even if you try to build from git in atom version 1.45.0
