Terminal-plus not working

Hi, Jeremy,

I'm in a web developer class, and neither I nor my classmates can get terminal-plus in Atom to work. All it does is show a white, blinking cursor, and doesn't allow us to type. I just wanted to pass that along. All of us have Atom version 1.12.6 installed, with Windows 7 and 10 at least.

Please look at other open issues before creating one, and if possible submit more information to help figure out what's wrong, such as OS version, console logs, and etc.
