Hello,

I've never opened one of these before, so please forgive me if I am not doing this correctly or if I am leaving something out. I am trying to report a problem wherein when I try to launch the platformio IDE in Windows 10 Pro after I restart Atom, I receive an uncaught exception error message and the command prompt does not appear. I need to relaunch the terminal up to 11 times before the command prompt finally appears. This is easily recreateable on Windows 10 Pro. I unfortunately don't have any knowledge on how to fix this problem but I'm hoping it can be resolved. I love Atom and use it every day as my one and only IDE.

Uses syntax-variables for variables in standard.
There is a conflict between reopen last item and new terminal. Hence changed shortcut of new terminal from cmd-shift-t to cmd-alt-t.
