Cannot switch between Local Branches - Remotes - Tags

Describe the bug
In Lazygit 0.44.1 I can switch between Local branch - remotes - tags using key "3".

Since v0.45.0 the key "3" no longer works (I can't access remote branch and Tags).

To Reproduce

1. Update from 0.44.1 to 0.45.0 (or 0.45.2)
2. Open Lazygit
3. press "3" (you go on local branches block)
4. press "3" : Nothing happen

Expected behavior
When "3" is pressed, go to Local branches and when "3" is pressed again, switch to remotes, and tags if it's pressed again.

This was an intentional change, see #3927. You now have to explicitly enable this behavior by putting

gui:
  switchTabsWithPanelJumpKeys: true

into your config file.
