update Chinese translation

fix: "CheckingOutStatus": "长子检出" => "CheckingOutStatus": "正在检出"

and add some Chinese translation

Thanks for the contribution. However, the JSON files in pkg/i18n/translations are not meant to be changed manually; they are maintained on Crowdin, and downloaded from there.

I uploaded your file to Crowdin so that your changes are not lost; next time we update the JSON files from Crowdin, the changes will show up in lazygit.
