Feature Request

Description:
As title, is there any progress or plan to update the yarn to the latest version? The jest main repo has update the yarn to v3.8.0.

Possible solution:
N / A

The last discussion (2021) I saw on this, there wasn't consensus among the maintainers to move off Yarn 1. Do folks still feel this way?

I couldn't express what other people think, but maybe someone who using the latest version of yarn will be troubled by using an older one, and vice versa. But whatever, it still need to upgrade in the end, just like other dev tools. That's my opinion
