The rST reader parses nested rST inlines which are not allowed by the spec #4792

This caused #4581 and #4561. By updating the parsing in order to follow the specs, we could solve both issues and any other error caused by the nesting of inline markup in the file to be parsed. There is already a solution proposed in #4582. See also this comment on #4581

TIL ReST does not support nested markup.  Pandoc used to support
this, then they "fixed" it[1] hash tag sad face.  So go through the
posts and fix them up.
