Commands like \SRD were originally intended to be used as wrappers for
citation commands, but in metasrc I've changed them internally to be
plain hyperlinks to produce usable conversions of snippets.

This means that these commands are being used through with the
expectation that a space will be automatically inserted.

Here I'm trying to make up for that with \xspace commands, however I
can't get spaces to appear in practice despite xspace being supported in
pandoc (jgm/pandoc#3797).
