When working on #5797 I didn't immediately realize that many of the files in test/command/ use the issue number as their file name. I suggested adding this to the documentation and so here's a PR doing just that. I looked at the existing files and git git log and from that concluded that the file names may include issue number and/or or feature being tested.

Added a paragraph about naming conventions for tests in `test/command/`
to the contributors guide. Advises to include issue number and/or
feature being tested.
