• Upgrade to 2.1.0.Final
• Fix ConfigProperties that has been deprecated see Migrating from @ConfigProperties to @ConfigMapping #214
• Other SQL databases (SQL Server): DevServices for %dev, URL for %prod
• MongoDB see Migrating Mongo to DevServices #213
• Cache (Caffeine / Redis)
• Maven and Gradle
• Make sur Angular / React interact with Quarkus back-end
• Authentication works (JWT / OAuth)
• The CI is green

As discussed, the migration to Quarkus 2.x is quite long.
Even if some tests are failing, this PR already made a great achievement by making all the RDBMS tests passed.
The PR will be merge in the current state and released in a beta version.
