Oh this is annoying but I guess there's not a good alternative because I do want it to keep checking if the rendered did change. |

I believe I need to merge this before I can test it with a workflow dispatch. |

What changes are being implemented in this Pull Request?
This will close #336
But first I need to check if it works. This is meant to allow me to test an updates sync automatic PR on one dummy repo before sending it to the zillion downstream repos.
So I created a repo just for this purpose that is also created from this template so I can see what happens when I run the test-send-updates.yml
I also renamed downstream-mechanics-updates.yml to send-updates.yml because its a little more succinct. Lol
