Hey @ksperis, thanks for the PR - I don't have a varnish 4.1 install to play with right now, but I like the idea of a branch to cover 4.x - should your code be expected to work on any 4.x, or is there something specific to 4.0/4.1 we should be aware of? |

Hi, I have not had the opportunity to try on varnish 4.0, but unfortunately, I do not think that the type of init function is compatible between 4.0 and 4.1. |

Update for varnish 4.1.
I do not think it's backwards compatible. Maybe create a branch for version 4.0 and 4.1?
