Some more smoke tests.

Removing TableData.__iter___ was possible without any tests failing. I think I removed it because of no tests seem to cover it, and removing it did not make the tests fail.

But it did result in strange bugs like #361, #427 and #421

We have some tests asserting number of queries, but it might help to add a few more.
