# Run a command with a progress indicator
java org.xyxyx.progressmeter.SlaveController <command> [arg1 [arg2 [...]]]

# By default, the command is identified by the command and it's argument. The
# ID can be overridden manually as follows:
java -Dpm.id=foo org.xyxyx.progressmeter.SlaveController <command> [arg1 [arg2 [...]]]

# By default, the current directory is NOT used to identify the command being
# run. This can be overriden as follows:
java -Dpm.cwd.significant=true org.xyxyx.progressmeter.SlaveController <command> [arg1 [arg2 [...]]]

# By default, the command arguments ARE used to identify the command being run.
# This can be overriden as follows:
java -Dpm.args.significant=false org.xyxyx.progressmeter.SlaveController <command> [arg1 [arg2 [...]]]

# Alternative way to us the progress meter. Rather than executing a command,
# pipe data from stdin, and record it with the given ID.
java org.xyxyx.progressmeter.PipeController id
