browser/lib/jimp[.min].js no longer included since release v0.16.3

Expected Behavior

A [minified] file browser/lib/jimp[.min].js is included in the npm package found at https://registry.npmjs.org/jimp/-/jimp-0.16.3.tgz.

Current Behavior

No such file is included (last release that included this file was https://registry.npmjs.org/jimp/-/jimp-0.16.2.tgz).

Failure Information (for bugs)

Steps to Reproduce

See bash output of diff <(npm pack jimp@0.16.2 2>&1) <(npm pack jimp@0.16.3 2>&1) for the difference between the files in the two releases. It appears that also jimp/es is missing. Both files are still referenced from various examples/READMEs in the repository, so I suspect they are missing unintentionally, perhaps due to a misconfigured build process.
