rewrite of almost everything

This program is badly structured and despite few refactorings has accumulated a lot of cyclic references, bad naming, and features implemented in wrong files
lets rewrite all this software

There is progress done on this topic, currently hijacking all the time effort I have for madcad

Here is the new look of uimadcad

• left toolbar for the whole software instance
• toolbars inside each view for manipulating the view or objects inside
• composition and selection in each views' toolbars
• easier and more intuitive window layout
