name lua-resty-hmac has been used in luarocks, so I change the name to lua-resty-hmac-ffi .

@membphis thanks for your contribution! I'm on board with the idea but I'm not a luarocks user so I don't know much about their ecosystem. I've reviewed your PR and I had a few questions before proceeding with luarocks distribution.

@jkeys089 I have updated the version to 0.05, then you can create a tag with name v0.05.

then we can make a try if it can works fine.

you can sign in at luarocks.org, and upload the file rockspec/lua-resty-hmac-ffi-1.0-0.rockspec to luarocks, then it should work fine.

I upload with my account for testing, it works fine. The use can get it by command luarocks install lua-resty-hmac-ffi.
