add 30 seconds to end_time of CameraEvent. Fixes #92 and #154 ... sorta #166

Per some of the feedback in #92, the only way I can think to improve this is to only add the 30 seconds to the end date based on the camera model (Nest Hello, Outdoor IQ) but I only have the Hello so I can't nail down the model for all affected cams. Merge at will!

This will need to be added to a version posted to PyPi in order to get pulled into HomeAssistant to fix issues similar to
home-assistant/core#20133
