Add and adapt `charToTeX` unit tests. Also use `RegularExpression` in `$stringsToTeX` instead of `ToCharacterCode`.
Add and adapt `mmaCellProcessor` unit tests.
Adapt tests.
Don't join math modes from separate lines of TeX code. Adapt tests.
It's not used any more.
