With a light adaption used the heatlcheck script from:
https://github.com/haugene/docker-transmission-openvpn
As it seems to really be a good point to start with.
Ran it for a weak successfully.
Only looks if the container is still online which appears to be a good start in a VPN Container environment.
Especially as the mentioned VPN container reboots but doesn't take the connected containers with him.
