Introduced the ability to take Servings at the end of a turn.

Servings are a group of four identically ranked cards on the immediate top of a Stack. Players may choose to take any number of Servings (including none) at the end of their turn if any are available.

The introduction of this rule is an attempt to solve the deadlock situation where two or more players hold the same card at the end.

This release also supports generating an HTML version of the document using Hevea. The HTML version is hosted at: https://jmbtutor.github.io/pancakes/
