As Hybrid Public Key Exchange (HPKE) standards are developing I am trying to keep up with the things that seem most likely to become the standardized structures. Kyber768-X25519 has been generalized into the X-Wing HPKE.
On top of this I am still adding Kemeleon encoding for the ML-KEM portion and Elligator2 for X25519.
