Modified version of TimeLineCurator to use inside Overview

Instructions for using it as Custom View inside Overview

Download repo
Run app.py to launch it on local server - Python 2.7
- Mac: cd to directory. $ python app.py
Inside your local Overview: "Add View" --> "Custom"
Enter URL of the local environment (probably http://127.0.0.1:5000)
