VANIR-v0.2

First release of the VANIR pipeline. This release contains the basic functioning of the pipeline for the filter, QC, de novo assembly and S(N)V calling for dsDNA viruses. It might be re-purposed for bacteria/archea and others.

The release includes the pipeline in NextFlow, the recipe for the Singularity image as well as test data (Nanopore and Illumina data of Human betaherpesvirus 5 or human cytomegalovirus).
