The beta version of Character Count forces the client to render the counter by setting the max character count to 0 for an instant. However, this doesn't work very well with pasted text, emojis etc. It needs to be rendered in a more reliable way.

Merge beta to master, minus some broken plugins

- Remove updater since it is incomplete & has bugs
- Remove char count due to #123
- Remove tag all due to #129
