Create project on github first

Capture the configuration from the dev environment

ml dev capture --full-ml-config

This generates ml-config-dev.xml

Copy the relevant settings to ml-config.xml

Deploy the configuration to the local environment

ml local bootstrap

Capture the modules from the dev environment

ml dev capture --modules-db=Modules

Deploy the modules to the local environment

ml local deploy modules
