This open source Android application allows you to stream GPX files through the Mock Location provider to simulate GPS on the device. 

Getting Started
===============
1.	Install "OI File Manager" on android device. 
		https://market.android.com/details?id=org.openintents.filemanager
2.	Enable "mock locations" on Android device.
		Settings > Developer Options > Allow Mock Locations
3.	Install AndroidMockGpx application.
4.	Play gpx/gps file.
