๐Ÿ‘‹ Hi, Iโ€™m @johngrahamreynolds. I finished my B.S. in Physics, Mathematics at Johns Hopkins University in May 2020.

๐Ÿ‘ฑโ€โ™‚๏ธ๐ŸŽ“๐Ÿ“š I'm a Machine Learning / Data Engineer at Vanderbilt University (Jan. 2022 -> present), and
ใ€ˆ๐ŸŒŒใ€‰ a mathematical physicist with interests in Quantum Gravity, AI, Quantum Computing, and Pure Mathematics.

See the Directory section below for a guide to all the info housed on my page.

My background of research (๐Ÿ“–) and professional (๐Ÿ”ฉ) experience includes:

  • ๐Ÿ”ฉ๐Ÿ“– AI and Deep Learning research and engineering - training state of the art multi-million to multi-billion parameter Encoder, Decoder, and Transformer models (Hugging Face ๐Ÿค— profile)
  • ๐Ÿ”ฉ Using Apache Spark and techniques from High-Performance Computing to engineer big data
  • ๐Ÿ“– Theoretical Physics research on Black Holes, String Theory, General Relativity, and more - advised by David Kaplan (a fantastic article and video of David explaining the ideas I worked on!)
  • ๐Ÿ“– Observational Cosmology and Cryogenics research and development - advised by Co-PIs Toby Marriage, Chuck Bennett (CLASS Telescope website)

See my current resume here.
