Obviously you have moved on but it was a great start, easy to understand and very helpful for me as a new python/flask guy.

Well written tutorial, but it seems Author had moved on.
For those wondering part-3, here's un-official one

Modify main.py and add:

@app.route("/notes", methods=["GET"])
def view_notes():
    all_notes = Note.query.all()
    return render_template('notes.html', notes=all_notes)

Create new html file under templates folder named notes.html with following content:

        <th>Title</th>
        <th>Body</th>
    </tr>
    {% for note in notes %}
    <tr>
        <td>{{ note.title }}</td>
        <td>{{ note.body }}</td>
    </tr>
    {% endfor %}
</table>
