This PR refactors the build script to use Xcode 10.1 as its legacy version.
It means that Xcode 9.4.2 will no longer be supported beyond this point.

For apps that use Xcode 10.2 will now load the old bundle without a version number
attached to it and the new legacy version is the one with a numeric prefix.

The README has been updated to reflect this change.

Minor kink in the README under "Available downloads" it talks about 9.3/4.
