Project Consolidation and Revit 2022/2023 support

This adds support for Revit 2022 and 2023 and removes legacy Revit versions. (use older installers if you want those).

NOTE: These add-ins were only updated and verified to have loaded in Revit 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023. Compatibility is not promised in any way or form; please mind the license and use it at your own risk.

Added Support for Revit 2021

This adds support for 2021 and revised the image loading to use the changed APIs.
