What to do if licenses cannot be activated
Force close the app, check the network connection and try activating the license with good network connection.
To force close the app:
- Go to Settings > App Manager > Vxnaid
- Select Vxnaid and click on "Force Stop"
- Once the app gets force stopped, reopen again
- Login with syncadmin credentials
- On the setup screen, click on the "Activate" button to activate
If the issue still persists, contact your administrator.
