Package semantic-release-monorepo ignores variables used by the latest @semantic-release/npm version 9.0.1. However, everything works fine with the @semantic-release/npm version 8.0.3. Resolving package to the working version. Corresponding thread can be found here pmowrer/semantic-release-monorepo#121
