Add favicon and use the hostname for the website

It would be an enhancement to add a favicon and use the hostname for the title of the Web UI.

I might have a look into this sometimes.
Is there already an icon available?

Good idea, currently there is no icon available. Thanks for your support in advance. I will write it into the feature.md (#29) and close this issue, just to have the overview for myself.
