Improvements

• Upgrade to webtrees 2.2
• Use default header image instead of forcing overwrite
• Do not require anymore header image to be at most 150px in height
• Better reactivity of header image cache to changes

• RTL: Display issue with large blocks on home page / my page (#49)
• RTL: dropdown menus not displayed correctly (#50)
• Clicking on a marker on a map shifts the layout to the left (#58)
