Added Norwegian translation

Here is the Norwegian translation. Not shure how you reference the file-name, but Norwegian could be nb (Norwegian Bokmål) or nn (Norwegian Nynorsk).

This translation should cover "generic" Norwegian, or be equal to Norwegian Bokmål.
